How we handle your details.
A plain-language summary of the information you share with EKORP through this website.
Website enquiries
When you make an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact number, suburb, service needed and message. We use those details to respond, understand the work and arrange the next step you requested.
Texts and AI-assisted replies
If you agree to texts and calls, EKORP may use its customer and messaging systems to continue the conversation. Some replies may be AI-assisted. You can reply STOP or ask us to stop at any time.
Service providers
We use hosting, customer-management and messaging providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. These include Vercel for website hosting and HighLevel/LeadConnector for enquiries and messaging. Those services may process information using infrastructure outside Australia.
Maps, chat and website preferences
Google Maps is loaded when you choose to view the map. Opening the text-enquiry widget loads our messaging provider. These providers receive the connection information needed to deliver their services and may use cookies or similar storage.
If optional website analytics is enabled, we ask before loading it. You can change that choice using Cookie settings. Your preference is saved in this browser. Choosing not to allow optional analytics does not prevent you from contacting us.
Website operation
Hosting and messaging systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error information to deliver and protect the service. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry; do not send card details or passwords.

To ask about, access or correct the details you have provided, email operations@ekorpplumbing.com.au.
You can also use that address to raise a privacy concern or ask about storage, retention and the providers involved in handling your enquiry. Describe your concern and how you would like us to contact you. We may need to confirm your identity before providing access to personal information.
